The Potent Beauty of Textures

Textures can add Life, bring Depth...can Create a sense of  Body, Smoothness...Lightness, Weight.... and even extend the Power of illusion. They are Companions of Complexity, intricate streams of Beauty and Strength.

Texture can invoke your mind.

It can generate a sense of meaning and layering. It can add a multi-sensory context to what we see and are experiencing.

It can create a Spectrum of Shapes and Impressions.. from diffusion and softness to sharpened darkness.

Textures can feel smooth as curves, cold to the touch... to velvety and rich..or even rough, harsh , encrusted and ancient.

Our other senses join in within a visual experience.

Textures are like thoughts..threads of structure..edges we create with ..to bridge to another piece of the pattern. They are like invisible ideas carving their way through to the surface.

Textures are sensory..we can almost feel them..they embody a signature...An expression comes "Alive" as we perceive..and relate to the ideas embedded in the scene, the object.  

The very nature of textures..behave like pathways, trails of impressions and marks...like a foot print..a fingerprint..a Emblem of Creation..

I love images rich with texture, form, shape...  a Symbolic Identity full of sensory experience..and each contains it's own atmosphere, mood, meaning... a Unique Fingerprint of Energy to experience.

 

Textures are powerful. They are Potent in Expression...they emit messages to our senses.

We understand this Invisible Language in an obvious way..the Power of Shape, Light, Edge and Groove..Softness... Curves..Sight and Sound.

Textures are Magical Landscapes and images are like Internal Codes we understand within.

Texture is like Meaning..the meaning we bring to things and what we feel something means within.

A life lived with Texture, is a life full of Creativity.

It is a life that is richly lived with Layers of Imagination and Beauty ...Heart-felt meaning and Endless Magical Landscapes to Journey upon.
