This series was done on a whim,
a knock at the door
My father with a basket full of eggplants
So of course... that is pure eye-candy to me
I tumbled them down onto the chaise -lounge ..grabbed my camera
as the sun was shining... the reds were coming through
so I added a bottle of nearly finished red wine
and a beautiful tray nearby
the magic began!

I love to see how random objects spark together
This series felt very romantic and dramatic to me
I love the bold strong colors.

Only you can turn an aubergine into something romantic. I love it that you let your imagination run wild. I do find the colour of aubergines very attractive, especially in winter.
